SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Crocodile Rocks ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms. For how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our SMS Privacy Policy.
1. Our SMS program
When you opt in, Crocodile Rocks may send you text messages, including:
- Transactional messages — ticket purchase confirmations, order receipts, reservation confirmations and reminders, seat or event changes, cancellation notices, and customer-service replies related to a booking you made.
- Promotional messages (optional, separate consent) — upcoming shows, event announcements, special offers, and venue news.
2. Eligibility
To opt in you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS/MMS. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the number provided, or that you have the account holder's authority to consent on their behalf.
3. How you opt in (consent)
You provide express consent to receive text messages from us when you:
- Check the SMS opt-in box during ticket checkout or reservation on crocodile.rocks; and/or
- Provide your mobile number to our staff and agree to receive texts; and/or
- Text a keyword to our number where one is published.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any ticket, reservation, or other goods or services from us.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your bookings and account activity. If you opt in to promotional messages, you may receive recurring messages; frequency depends on events and offers.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Check with your carrier for details.
6. Opting out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again using any method in Section 3.

8. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
9. Changes to the program and these Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our messaging program at any time. We may update these Terms at any time; the "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
