Refund Policy

We want every guest to have a great experience at Crocodile Rocks. Here’s how refunds work for ticket purchases through our platform at app.crocodile.rocks.

Cancelled Shows

If Crocodile Rocks cancels a show for any reason, all ticket holders receive a full refund including any service fees. Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated.

No-Shows

If you purchase a ticket and do not attend the show, no refund is issued. Tickets are for the specific show date purchased and do not carry over to future dates.

Weather Cancellations

In the rare event that a show is cancelled due to severe weather (hurricane, tropical storm, etc.), ticket holders will receive either:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or
  • A transfer to the rescheduled date (if the show is rescheduled)

You’ll be notified by email with your options.

How to Request a Refund

For eligible refund situations, contact us with:

  1. Your confirmation code (from your order confirmation email)
  2. The email address used for the purchase
  3. Reason for the refund request

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Service Fees

Service fees are refunded in full for cancelled shows. For other refund situations, service fee refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
