By accessing or using the Crocodile Rocks website (crocodile.rocks), ticketing platform (app.crocodile.rocks), or attending events at our venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are processed through our online ticketing platform. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed QR code) for entry.
  • Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers may be voided without refund.
  • Pricing is subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is final.
  • Service fees are non-refundable and are disclosed at checkout.

Age Requirements

Crocodile Rocks is a 21+ venue. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Acceptable forms of identification include driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.

Refund Policy

Please see our full Refund Policy for details. In summary:

  • Cancelled shows: Full refund within 5-7 business days.
  • No-shows: No refund.
  • Weather cancellations: Full refund or transfer to rescheduled date.

Code of Conduct

We want everyone to have a great time. By entering our venue, you agree to:

  • Treat staff, performers, and fellow guests with respect.
  • Follow all instructions from venue staff and security.
  • Not bring outside food or beverages into the venue.
  • Not engage in any behavior that is threatening, disruptive, or illegal.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest without refund for violations of this code of conduct.

Venue Rules

  • No weapons of any kind are permitted.
  • No professional photography or video equipment without prior written permission.
  • Personal photos and videos for non-commercial use are encouraged — tag us @rockspianobar!
  • Shoes and shirts are required at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.

Intellectual Property

All content on crocodile.rocks, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crocodile Rocks or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Crocodile Rocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Horry County, South Carolina.
